Joe’s Bagel & Grill has taken 1,900 square feet at Wall Towne Center in Manasquan, New Jersey, said Levin Management Corporation (LMC), exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 100,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored retail property. LMC Leasing Representative Kendal Hand-Freda arranged the commitment; Todd Katz of RE/MAX Synergy served as tenant broker in the transaction.

With eight locations throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties, Joe’s Bagel & Grill is known for its high-quality, hand-rolled boiled bagels. Its menu includes breakfast and lunch sandwiches, muffins, burgers and cheesesteak, pancakes, waffles, French toast, omelets and more along with a selection of coffees and smoothies. The restaurants also offer catering services.
Located on Route 34, Wall Towne Center is anchored by a 71,000-square-foot ShopRite supermarket. The property also includes Pet Valu, Ocean First Bank, Cherry Blow Dry Bar, Great Clips, AT&T Wireless and Wine King. Wall Towne Center serves a residential population of 130,000 people within a five-mile radius. More than 34,000 vehicles pass the property each day.
