Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce the firm served as legal counsel to Lonicera Partners, one of Downtown Brooklyn’s leading real estate development companies, in the acquisition of a five-parcel assemblage from three different sellers.
The property, to be known as 308 Livingston Street, is in the pre-construction phase and site work is expected to commence imminently. The project qualifies for the 35-year Affordable New York tax abatement. Lonicera Partners’ portfolio includes 181 Pacific St. and 70 Schermerhorn St.
