New York City’s fastest real estate brokerage Triplemint announced the addition of 28 new team members this August. Hires include established New York City brokers Drew Cooper, Michele Roderick, Lauren Schaffer, Heather Cella, and Rae McKee.
Cooper joins Triplemint as a record-setting broker focusing specifically on deals within Lincoln Towers and has had a hand in more than 825 transactions within the property. Cooper was the first broker to break the $1 million and $2 million thresholds for sales within Lincoln Towers, and in 2017, he made a sale over $3 million (co-brokered with Triplemint). He has closed more than 50 other seven- figure deals and has amassed over $375 million in total sales in the complex to date.
“My legal background and decades of experience allows me to guide and help sellers and purchasers navigate the entire process,” said Cooper. “I’ve had opportunities to work with other brokerage firms in the past, but Triplemint’s digital and marketing services are truly special and will help me better support my Lincoln Towers clients, while additionally assisting them and others exploring other areas of the City. Roderick joins Triplemint with over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has represented the landlords of over 30 buildings in Manhattan and was awarded the #1 Rental Agent in 2014 for having closed the most rental transactions company-wide in addition to selling condos and coops.

McKee joins Triplemint after working at a boutique luxury residential real estate firm, quickly becoming one of the company’s top producers. McKee has experience in many areas, whether it be first time home buying, renovation, or investing.
