Hires include top-producing agents Daniel Blatman, Carson Alexander, Erin Frisbie, Candy Wynn-Dobbs, Kathleen Horn, Paula Siriac and Ricky Polfliet.

Blatman joins Triplemint as a seasoned top broker with years of experience throughout New York City, having represented many notable listings and closed countless complex deals, facilitating a seamless process for buyers and sellers. He brings insight, knowledge, levity, creativity and enthusiasm to each stage of the real estate transaction and embraces working with first-time homebuyers and sellers as well as finding special deals for seasoned investors.

Having previously owned Bluewater Realty Inc., she gained experience originating and closing deals, coordinating transactions and spearheading unique marketing efforts.

Fluent in Romanian, French and English, Siriac joins Triplemint with years of experience in the service industry that seamlessly transitioned into residential rentals and sales. Originally from Romania, she first established roots in the United States in New Jersey. She now resides in the Financial District where she admires the rich history and architecture.

Polfliet joins Triplemint with a passion for real estate that began after seeing his grandfather invest in several properties throughout Europe. Born in Burundi and raised in Brussels he has met and interacted with people from around the world.
