New York City-based construction firm Cauldwell Wingate has merged with construction firm Bravo Builders. The combined entity will operate under the Cauldwell Wingate name and will be led by President and Chief Executive Officer Robert Palumbo and Chief Operating Officer Clifford C. Aikens.

Previously the president of Bravo Builders, Palumbo has more than 23 years of experience in the construction industry. Project highlights for the combined team include 388 Bridge Street, 277 Park Avenue, 203 Jay Street, the Thurgood Marshall U.S. Courthouse, 43-22 Queens Street, Weill Cornell Medical College, Brooklyn Museum, 54-56 Fulton Street, New York Historical Society, Northwell Lenox Hill Hospital, 71-17 Roosevelt Avenue, 40 Tenth Avenue, NYU-Langone Medical Center Downtown Ambulatory Care Center, Bronx County Hall of Justice, New York Structural Biology Center and 20 East End Avenue.
