Berkshire Hathaway Launches Agent Care Program

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) New England, New York and Westchester Properties, has launched a new Agent Care Program offering real estate professionals easy access to insurance, financial products and related services.

As independent contractors, most agents are forced to pay out-of-pocket for virtually every benefit that is typically offered to employees of an organization. The Agent Care Program offers personal and business benefits at competitive rates. They can add their families to the plans as well. The Agent Care Program offers agents a selection of benefit options, including group and individual disability insurance, healthcare, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as retirement plans with opportunities to roll over from a previous employer’s retirement account, savings plan, investment strategies and college savings.

“At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, New York and Westchester Properties, we strive to provide the most robust benefits to our agents and assist them in planning for all facets of their life,” said Candace Adams, CEO and president at BHHS New England, New York and Westchester Properties. “Considered unconventional by many of our competitors, not many real estate agents are exposed to programs such as Agent Care. We genuinely care about developing our agents and offering them the best benefits we possibly can.”
