Douglas Elliman, the largest brokerage in the New York Metropolitan area and one of the largest independent residential real estate brokerages in the United States, is pleased to welcome Krista Nickols to the firm. The seasoned broker will join the top-producing, Sabrina Saltiel Team and will be based out of Elliman’s 575 Madison Avenue location in Manhattan.

Nickols brings a wealth of experience with her, having exclusively represented high-end luxury new development projects like 30 Park Place, the Four Seasons Private Residences Tribeca, and most recently, Extell’s Central Park Tower on Billionaire’s Row. While at Central Park Tower, she spearheaded sales including marketing, public relations and social media, as well as forming strategic alliances. Nickols’ discipline and attention to detail are highly valued by her developer clients and she is widely respected in the brokerage industry as an ally and a resource.

“Krista has established herself as a driven and high-achieving professional, with a proven track record in both resale and luxury new development projects,” said Sabrina Saltiel. “Her ability to work effectively with developers, sellers and buyers is a unique talent, and we are thrilled to be welcoming her to the team.”

Prior to her career in new development sales, Nickols had a successful resale business and ranked among Douglas Elliman’s Top Agents.  She has also appeared on television shows like HGTV’s “House Hunters.”

“I am thrilled to be returning to Douglas Elliman, and entering into this new phase of my career with the Sabrina Saltiel Team,” said Nickols. “I’m confident that my work ethic and Elliman’s excellent resources will combine to produce incredible results.”

Nickols credits her early accomplishments to her background at Citi’s Investment Bank as well as Creative Artists Agency. While investors rely heavily on her strong quantitative skill set and attention to detail, it is her patience and personal approach to each unique client that truly sets her apart.

Nickols has an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and her BA from the University of Southern California.
