Elegran, an independently-owned, technology-driven real estate brokerage in New York City, is expanding its team by 20 percent with the addition of accomplished new sales manager Benjamin Willig and his team of 18 agents. Willig began his real estate career as an analyst on the global corporate real estate team at Credit Suisse before joining Anchor as an agent in 2009. He quickly rose through the ranks, taking on a sales management and COO position in 2015 to help turn the firm’s work culture and profitability around. Having closed over $500 million in sales volume during his career, Willig saw an opportunity to compete on a much higher level by joining a forward-thinking firm like Elegran that prioritizes technology and innovative marketing tools.

In his new role, Willig will join Elegran director of sales Jared Antin on the firm’s sales management team and will be responsible for guiding agents through every aspect of the transaction process while helping them maintain a healthy work-life balance.
