Keller Williams New York City Announces New Hire: Commercial Real Estate Veteran David Workman

Keller Williams New York City (KWNYC), a Manhattan-based real estate brokerage firm specializing in residential and commercial sales and leasing, part of the Keller Williams franchise, announces its hire of commercial real estate veteran David Workman. Workman is a licensed real estate salesperson who will head the NYC division of KW Commercial. Along with fellow agent, Julia Maksimova, his mandate is to grow the commercial leasing and investment sales business as well as capitalize on and leverage the significant relationships of the approximately 200,000 residential national and local agents and over 2,000 KW Commercial agents nationwide.

Workman comes to KWNYC with 30+ of real estate experience, most recently working at Winick Realty Group as a Senior Vice President. Prior, Workman was a Savitt Partners executive. He has also worked at Newmark Knight Frank. Over his career, he was involved in commercial leasing and investment sales transactions representing interests of those in insurance, entertainment, finance, education, hospitality and technology. Workman holds a BA in Economics from Brandeis University.
