Developed in partnership by HEH Hospitality and ML7 and designed by S3 Architecture LLC, the seven-story elevator building is located at 738 Grand Street, just one and a half blocks from the L train station. Brad Miles, Andreas Mann and Mary Crocker are handling the exclusive sales and marketing for the project.
