Urban Standard Capital, USC, announced the sale of 475 Waverly in the heart of the historic landmarked Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn for above asking at $3.26 million.
The New York-based real estate investment firm brought the modern, luxurious four-story townhouse to market in December 2020 for sale at $3.25 million.
“We had three offers the first week it went on the market back in early December,” added USC’s Founder/President Seth Weissman. Urban Standard Capital purchased the townhouse back in July of 2018 for $1.925 million at auction and gut renovated it.
“Compared to other recent townhouse sales in Clinton Hill post Covid, this is a good sign for sellers and the Brooklyn market,” said added Weissman.
