Nelson Worldwide Names Marulanda Northeast Industrial Leader

Nelson Worldwide has named Monica Marulanda Northeast industrial leader, charged with growing the firm’s industrial presence in markets including Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; New York City; Boston, Massachusetts and emerging suburban markets.

Marulanda will provide general oversight regarding overseeing LEED documentation, site planning and due diligence studies. She comes to Nelson Worldwide with more than 19 years of experience, including supervising reconstruction efforts following the 1999 earthquake in Armenia, the capital of Colombia. She also worked at SBLM Architects, where she gained experience working with big box retailers, before taking a senior role with CallisonRTK. Her past projects include The Shops at Marcus Dairy in Danbury, CT, the George Washington Bus Terminal New York, NY, and feasibility studies and site planning on numerous projects.
