The Corcoran Group, New York City’s top residential real estate brokerage firm, today announced that Brennan Zahler has returned to Corcoran as a new Managing Director in the top performing Soho office. Announcement of the move was made by Pamela Liebman, Corcoran’s President and CEO.
Zahler’s career in New York City real estate started in 2003 in Corcoran’s East Side office. While his career path took him away from Corcoran, Zahler has almost two decades of success in New York City real estate and has represented a diverse clientele of buyers, sellers, renters and landlords. Possessing an exceptional combination of strong negotiation skills and extensive knowledge of Manhattan, he was previously the Director of Sales at Warburg Realty’s flagship office in Tribeca, tripling agent count in just five years.
As a new Managing Director in Corcoran’s Soho office, Zahler will work collaboratively with Senior Managing Director, Paula Manikowski, to ensure their agents have the tools to deliver superior results for their clients. With their collective expertise in pricing and negotiation – combined with the agent tools and world-class marketing that Corcoran provides – their agents have an unparalleled platform to achieve success.
