Acuity Capital Partners, which features a robust portfolio serving the rental segments throughout Manhattan, have just launched its latest project: East River Lofts, located at 340 East 117th Street.
A partnership between Acuity Capital Partners and Issac & Stern Architects has produced 90 loft-style units ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, from 466 square feet to 865 square feet. The project offers select units which include private outdoor spaces such as terraces or balconies with pricing ranges from $2200 to $3700. The building is composed of 27 studios, 51 one-bedrooms and 12 two-bedroom units.
Apartment features include: kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including dishwashers, in-unit video intercoms and in-unit washers and dryers.
The nine-story, virtual doorman building features include: two landscaped roof decks with city skyline views, a state-of-the-art fitness center, onsite parking, bike storage and thoughtfully designed residents’ lounge. East River Lofts also offer a convenient location just blocks from the 6 train and East River Plaza.
The building boasts a rich history: Once a Harlem schoolhouse (PS 85 built in 1906) the building began construction in 2014 and the developer has taken care to keep the integrity of the building intact, offering a tribute to Harlem and the building’s rich history. To wit: common areas are complemented by the historic high ceilings and details of the time.
Of the historical renovation project, Elliot Neumann, COO, Acuity Capital Partners, explains: “The design and development team restored Harlem history and created a bold new landmark for the First Avenue skyline, and the building exceeds expectations.”
