Tishman, a New York-based, vertically integrated real estate owner, operator, developer and advisor, announced today that Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group has been tapped to handle the exclusive sales and marketing efforts for the remaining 70 residences at the newly dubbed Midtown condominium, 505 W 43. Leading the sales efforts from The Corcoran Group are Norma-Jean Callahan and Richard Hottinger of the recently created Hottinger-Callahan Team and Shelley O’Keefe.

“We are excited to bring Corcoran Sunshine on board to take 505 W 43 across the finish line during this next phase of sales,” said Will Tims, Senior Vice President at Tishman. “This powerhouse team brings a wealth of experience and energy to the assignment, and we look forward to working with them to attract potential buyers for these remaining residences.”

Located at the intersection of Hell’s Kitchen and Hudson Yards, 505 W 43 is comprised of two boutique towers situated around a lush courtyard. The building – formerly named Charlie West – was designed by ODA New York with interiors and a comprehensive collection of amenities designed by Andres Escobar.

In April, Tishman acquired the 70 residences in a bulk deal from developer the Elad Group. In total, the 16-story building features 121 studio to four-bedroom residences, including seven penthouses. Current available inventory ranges from studios to three-bedrooms, priced starting at $750,000. The building will also be unveiling five new model residences during Q2 that will feature furnishings by Williams-Sonoma brands, including selections from retailers such as West Elm, Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Teen.

“505 W 43 resonates with many buyers as it fuses sophisticated design, high-end finishes and luxurious amenities with a location that is perfectly positioned to capture the best of West Side living,” said Tricia Hayes Cole, Executive Managing Director at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. “We are thrilled to be part of this project during such a transformational time in NYC’s recovery and are confident that there will be collective success for the remainder of the sales process.”

505 W 43 features thoughtfully appointed, hotel-like amenities throughout, including a stunning lobby that also serves as a private residents’ lounge and library with a fireplace, a double-height indoor pool with adjacent outdoor sundeck, roof terrace, planted courtyard garden, a modern children’s playroom, a bike room and a state-of-the-art fitness center uniquely positioned to maximize sunlight.

Open-plan layouts feature fully equipped kitchens with custom Italian millwork by Scavolini, quartz stone counters and backsplashes and oak plank floors, complemented with top-of-the-line appliances from brands such as Bosch and Thermador. Custom-fitted master bathrooms feature Calacatta marble, walnut and white lacquer finishes. For additional information, please visit https://505w43.com/
