The Corcoran Group, New York City’s top residential real estate brokerage, recently announced that real estate professional Maggie Huang has joined the team. She will be based out of the firm’s Soho office, led by Senior Managing Directors, Paula Manikowski and Brennan Zahler.
Huang’s career in New York City real estate began in 2015. Most recently she was an agent at Douglas Elliman, and a member of the Holly Parker Team from 2018-2020. With expertise and a strong knowledge base across all sides of the business, Huang’s keen understanding of new development resulted in a co-Director of Sales role at Charlie West in 2018 and prior to that, she spent her time as an experienced paralegal, processing transactions for over 100 real estate deals. Huang prides herself on being a trusted advisor, leveraging her market knowledge and nimble negotiating skills to ensure the best solutions for her clients.
Growing up in Taiwan and educated in the United States, she received the ‘Outstanding Oversea Chinese Young Professionals’ award from the Federation of Overseas Chinese Association in 2019. Huang also brings her team to Corcoran – Dene Tzou and Linda Wang – a trilingual group of agents with the adapt capacity to assist English, Mandarin and Korean-speaking clients.
