Nortco Development recently announced that Eleven Hancock, Harlem’s newest ground up condominium, is now 50 percent sold. The stunning new cantilevered development, which recently debuted two model apartments for interested buyers to preview, continues to attract buyers looking for high-quality new construction featuring a unique design and high-end finishes and amenities.
In addition, Eleven Hancock shared that the NYC DOB has granted the development its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO); closings are set to begin immediately opening the door for the first move-ins this summer.
