Keller Williams New York City Has Been Retained As the Exclusive Sales and Marketing Firm for Condo New Development, “The Vitoria”

The 10-unit Astoria, Queens “smart home” condo located at 27-04 Astoria Boulevard opens sales office this week

Keller Williams New York City (KWNYC), a Manhattan-based real estate brokerage firm specializing in residential and commercial sales and rentals, part of the Keller Williams franchise, announces it is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for new condo development project 27-04 Astoria Boulevard in Astoria, Queens called “The Vitoria”.

The six-story, 10-unit project was developed by BP America and designed by architect Gerald J Caliendo Ra, Aia. Sales are to begin this week.
