Bond New York Announces Hire of Associate Broker Dalila Bella

BOND New York Properties has announced its latest new hire: Dalila Bella. Bella, an Associate Broker, will be housed in BOND’s 810 Seventh Avenue location.

Bella comes to BOND with nearly 20 years of real estate experience, most recently having worked at Corcoran where she was responsible for handling both rental and sales transactions. She initially started out her real estate career at Citi-habitats in 2002 before the firm merged with Corcoran. She has received many awards over her real estate tenure, including Rookie of the Year and the Platinum Award and had been recognized as a top producer in her office.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Djillali Yabbes in Algeria. She came to New York upon graduation. Bella is multi-lingual, fluent in Arabic, French, Spanish, and English.

“Dalila is an extraordinary talent who we have been speaking to for years, and we could not be more excited to have someone of her caliber joining our team,” says Noah Freedman, co-founder, BOND NEW YORK. “When it comes to servicing residential leasing portfolios, I think the suite of services, support, and marketing collateral materials we offer is unparalleled, and we’re gratified to know that our agents agree.”

“I wanted to go back to the feeling of a boutique agency. What is wonderfully unique about BOND is that they offer the resources of an industry-leading large firm but it still feels like home,” explains Bella. “The entire organization is focused on creating and developing meaningful relationships with their clients — sellers, buyers, renters, landlords, and developers — while supporting their agents’ business in creative and innovative ways, which is exactly what I value most.”
