The new communities comprise: Mirador 1200 Condominium Association in Miami Beach, DeSoto Park North Condominium Association and 200 Leslie Condominium Association in Hallandale, Aventi at Aventura Condominium Association in Aventura, Coronado Condominium Association in Aventura, Las Olas By The River Condominium Association in Fort Lauderdale, Navona at the Colony Condominium Association in Estero and Hillsboro Cove Condominium Association in Deerfield Beach.
