Full-service real estate firm Argo Real Estate has welcomed Brooklyn, New York-based Advance Management Services, a boutique property management firm, (AMS) as its newest affiliate.
Founded in 1952, Argo Real Estate’s third-party management division, Argo Management, launched in 1986 and is currently responsible for more than 10,000 units of cooperative and condominium residences in Manhattan and Queens, New York.
“There is tremendous synergy between our companies, especially in terms of client focus and ethical standards,” said Mark Moskowitz, chairman, Argo Real Estate. “This is an opportunity for Argo to expand its footprint into Brooklyn with a well-respected, proven brand.”
The affiliation between Argo and AMS launches this month.
