In addition to the new branding, Elegran has also doubled the size of its Manhattan headquarters by moving into two full tower floors at 1407 Broadway and is firmly committed to New York City. The new 27,0000 square foot office will allow the firm the flexibility to grow and expand into multiple disciplines.
The new branding was developed as a solution to the disconnect between brokerages and client relations in the New York City market.
