Keller Williams New York City (KWNYC) Has Been Retained As the Exclusive Sales and Marketing Firm for a New Luxury Development on the Coast of Tuscany

Keller Williams New York City (KWNYC), a Manhattan-based real estate brokerage firm specializing in residential and commercial sales and rentals, part of the Keller Williams franchise, announces it is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for a new luxury development on the coast of Tuscany. The agreement for the exclusive sales for Residenze Isole di Toscana in Marina di Scarlino is between Keller Williams Giglio (Florence) and KWNYC’s Columbus International.

The Residenze Isole di Toscana in Marina di Scarlino, a project conceived by Leonardo Ferragamo, is estimated to be completed by May 2023. Residenze Isole di Toscana is located at Localita Puntone in Scarlino, near Grosseto.

Columbus International, www.columbusintl.com, a team within KWNYC founded by Richard Tayar, will head sales for the property. The luxury development is composed of 36 design-forward apartments, offering breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea’s Tuscan Archipelago. Prices range from € 720.000 to 1.175.000 (roughly: $ 840,000 – 1,375,000.)

The complex features 18 ground-floor apartments with private gardens and 18 first-floor apartments with roof top terraces. Apartments range in size from one to three bedrooms, from 104 gm to 160 gm, roughly 1120 to 1722 square feet.)
