Global Holdings Management Group’s recently unveiled rental building, Anagram NoMad, launched its fitness center “The Gymnasium” and TULU amenity. The event was exclusive to residents of the 50-story, 392-unit rental building.
Throughout the event, 85 residents visited the new gymnasium and TULU amenities. Residents could enter a TULU raffle where the first prize winner won a PS5, join a mediation class hosted by Alfred, and try out some delicious juices and snacks provided by Breads Bakery. As a result of the event, more than 60 people downloaded TULU, which proves that renters are now truly looking for efficiency in living.
Details about the amenities:
- TULU, a customized app and digital solution with a unit at Anagram is similar to a vending machine at a hotel but with home goods and needs instead. Residents have the easy access of day-to-day things such as vacuum cleaners and printers.
- The gymnasium is a full-service gym with a rock wall and yoga studio.
