“Largo has been very active in Williamsburg for the past decade, and this site was an opportunity we couldn’t pass up,” said Nick Werner, co-founder of Largo. “The site’s ideal location on the corner of a great block allowed us to do something really special and we were excited to have Morris Adjmi and his team bring NX to life. We wanted to create a beautiful building that contextually fit the neighborhood inside and out and elevated the living experience for Williamsburg. This will be our 9th project in Williamsburg, so we’ve seen the incredible evolution of the neighborhood and we wanted NX to offer something that a buyer would be excited and proud to call home.
