Milvado Property Group ended the second quarter of 2019, by signing twelve new, renewal and extension leases totaling 79,097 square feet at properties within its massive Long Island industrial portfolio.
Combined with the 105,513 square feet of leases signed since the beginning of 2019, Milvado’s total square footage for the year comes to 184,610 square feet.
“The Long Island Commercial Real estate market is maintaining its strength through the 2nd quarter of 2019 and we anticipate seeing continued growth through the remainder of 2019,” said David Hercman, director of Asset Management, Milvado Property Group. “In addition to the new leases, we are very pleased with the strong relationships we have created within our portfolio as evidenced by the number of existing Tenants renewing and expanding.”
The majority of the 79,097 square feet, 51,522 square feet was leased in Ronkonkoma; 15,375 square feet was negotiated in Syosset; 6,600 square feet in Port Washington and 5,600 square feet in Hauppauge. Details of the deals are as follows:
