Real estate industry veteran Concetta Raz has launched Upward On, a New York City-based talent acquisition firm that will help commercial and residential real estate companies recruit top-tier talent. The firm initially will serve the Tri-State area, but plans national expansion.
“I have always been passionate about helping people and companies grow,” Raz said. “I often say I have the ‘pocket listing’ of real estate talent because many of my placements are done with people I hand select and reach out to unsolicited. They don’t simply answer an ad.”
Raz’ 20 years of experience include working as a broker at Citi Habitats and then as a senior managing director, where she oversaw recruiting, hiring, training and developing a team of 50 licensed real estate sales people. More recently she was a vice president of sales, leasing and marketing for Manhattan Skyline. Initial clients include; Douglas Elliman, Katz & associates, City Connections Realty, Platinum Properties, Compass, terra CRG, Real NY and German tech startup Quarters.
