Brokerage firm Bond New York has been named the exclusive sales and marketing agent of Truss Development’s new condominium development at 2600 Seventh Avenue in Harlem.
The ground-up development will house 103 residential condos, nine community facility commercial condos and an indoor parking garage. Currently under construction, the property occupies a full city block between West 150th and West 151st Streets. Closings are expected to begin in the spring of 2020.

Amenities include a fitness center, residents’ lounge with two outdoor terraces, a roof deck with grilling stations, dining areas and cabanas. Services include a full-time doorman, laundry, package room and bicycle storage.
