Ryan O’Connor has been named president of Clinton Management, responsible for the overall management and operations of the company.
One of the largest full-service property management companies in New York City, Clinton Management is an arm of The Douglaston Companies, a privately held group of real estate-related companies including Douglaston Development and Levine Builders.

O’Connor most recently served as a senior vice president at Douglas Elliman, where he managed the rental division, growing the number of rental units in Elliman’s purview to over 6,000 from around 1,500 between 2014 and 2019.
