Joseph A. Landaverde, Matt Fitzgerald and Michelle Greco have joined LandStar Title Agency as vice presidents of business development. All three will be responsible to further develop their current portfolio of commercial and national accounts.
Landaverde brings more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. He began his career as a real estate agent in 2004. In 2010, he founded Triumphant Title Agency, which was run independently for 10 years until its recent acquisition by LandStar. He will work from LandStar’s Long Island office, focusing mainly on Long Island and concentrating on the luxury market on the East End.
Prior to joining LandStar, Fitzgerald was a managing director at SunTrust Bank, Think Equity Partners and Bear Stearns. Greco’s most recent experience was with Commonwealth Land Title in Manhattan.
