Eric McCarthy has joined Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty as sales manager of its Glen Head/Brookville office.

As a non-competing manager, McCarthy’s role is as a coach and partner to his agents. His management style espouses personal attention, patient guidance, open communication, practical hands-on support and clear goals and expectations. Before joining Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, McCarthy was a senior managing director in Manhattan for Town Residential. Over the course of his two-decade career, McCarthy has overseen five different offices in some of New York City’s most sought-after neighborhoods, mentored hundreds of sales associates and participated in thousands of real estate transactions.
