Less than a month after launching its company, Stonehenge NYC has branded a virtual tour program, Stonehenge Access, that allows prospective tenants to view any available apartment in any building in its portfolio (comprising 19 apartment buildings with more than 2,800 rental units) via photo, video and virtual reality.

This program creates a seamless and simple leasing process that not only allows prospective tenants to spend less time searching for an apartment, but also provides a satisfaction guarantee.”
Tenants will be accompanied during their tours by a Stonehenge leasing agent who can answer questions. The company’s online leasing software enables a prospective tenant to apply and be approved to lease an apartment within 24-hours. However, any tenant who executes a lease after a virtual tour can cancel the lease, at no cost, within 72 hours of physically visiting the unit, provided such cancellation option is exercised on or before the date that is at least five days before the lease commencement date.
Now live on the Stonehenge NYC website, the program is expected to be especially popular among foreign and student renters. Stonehenge NYC plans to grow and evolve this program over time.
