Lauderhill, Florida-based ResProp Management has been awarded management of Spectra at Plantation and Spectra Palms, formerly known as Hamlet Plantation and Continental Gardens, by Prism Multifamily Group. These two properties were rebranded in accordance with Spectra at Tamarac, Prism’s first Broward County acquisition.
“ResProp is proud to be working with Prism Multifamily on their second and third apartment communities in Broward County,” said Luke Leins, director of business development at ResProp Management. “Prism’s renovation plans include both interior and exterior capital renovations, and will make Spectra at Plantation and Spectra Palms feel like new apartments while maintaining an intimate community feel.”
The two properties combined add 398 one- and two-bedroom units to the portfolio, with an average square footage ranging from 750 to 1,010 square feet. Amenities include screened-in balconies, multiple swimming pools and on-site laundry facilities. The capital renovation plans will add to and enhance the existing amenities available to the residents.
With the recent addition of Spectra at Plantation and Spectra Palms into the portfolio, ResProp Management now manages more than 5,000 units across Florida.
