Station Cities, a brokerage solution specializing in real estate and settling-in services for professionals moving to major cities around the world, and its parent company, Dwellworks LLC, have agreed to assume operating control of DJK Residential, the New York City-based real estate operation previously owned by Sirva Worldwide Moving and Relocation.
The combined organization, known as Station Cities, will support clients and customers in the tri-state region through a team of over 100 agents specializing in executive-level customer experiences.

The combined entity will support over 300 Fortune 1000 employers. The day-to-day operations of the expanded Station Cities team will be managed by Gus Waite, managing broker, based in Manhattan. Station Cities will continue to operate from its headquarters in lower Manhattan with branches in Battery Park City and Westchester in New York and in Cheshire, Connecticut and Hoboken, New Jersey. Station Cities also operates in Seattle, Chicago, Shanghai and Mexico City.
