BOND New York, a full-service brokerage with five offices throughout Manhattan, has announced the hire of Brian Letendre as Director of Productivity. He’ll be tasked with coaching agents to help them reach their potential and goals sustainably and continuously, monitoring growth and workflow, developing training protocols, and teaching at BOND University. In addition, he’ll be working at 2600 7th Avenue, the Harlem new development project BOND is marketing and selling as its exclusive, which is now offering rent-to-own to purchasers.
A veteran of Bohemia Realty Group for over 10 years, Letendre was most recently a Manager in the Sales Management division. He has also been Head Training Manager, Prestige Coach and a luxury Sales Agent during his tenure with the firm.
Along with his extensive sales and coaching background, Letendre brings excellent communication skills and an in-depth knowledge of NYC to the firm. A native New Yorker, Letendre attended the prestigious Juilliard School. He then worked on Broadway consistently for 12 years on multiple shows.
“Brian brings a wealth of experience and energy to his work. In all my years in the business I cannot remember someone who was spoken more highly of by those had worked with him, than Brian,” comments Noah Freedman, co-founder, BOND New York. “So, when we realized we had an opportunity to hire him we jumped all over it. We are very excited to be working with him.”
“I actually turned down two competing offers that came in at the same time because BOND immediately felt like it would become home, there was a real sense of “team”, and the principals were clear that they take talent and create the role around them as opposed to fitting the talent into a mold created by someone else,” explains Letendre. “As a Broadway veteran I know what it’s like to both fill someone’s shoes or have a role created for you.”
