The Centrale Debuts Collaboration With Giorgetti

Renowned Italian furniture manufacturer, Giorgetti, announced the debut of an innovative collaboration at The Centrale, Ceruzzi Properties’ sophisticated 71-story condominium tower located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan at 138 East 50th Street. The partnership – showcased in a magnificent two-bedroom model residence featuring sweeping floor-to-ceiling Northern and Southern views of classic landmarks from Central Park to the Chrysler Building – marks the most significant venture into Manhattan residential real estate for the iconic Italian furniture manufacturer.

The 1,529-square-foot model residence features stunning Giorgetti furniture and fine artworks curated from its partner, Cortesi Gallery. Buyers are afforded the unprecedented opportunity to purchase the entire selection of Giorgetti items currently on display, while other buyers at The Centrale will have access to several Giorgetti furnishing packages, carefully designed by the award-winning firm, Andre Kikoski Architect, for each available unit on the market.

“Distinguished for its exquisite craftsmanship and world-class design, Giorgetti’s furniture draws inspiration from the brand’s storied past as well as modern influences; a perfect complement to The Centrale’s classic yet contemporary design and residences that embody worldly sophistication, timeless originality and elevated craftsmanship,” said Anna Zarro, Head of Sales, Marketing & Communications for Ceruzzi Properties. “We are pleased to present this incredibly unique opportunity to buyers and fortify the luxe residential lifestyle offered at The Centrale.”

“The Centrale underscores the significance of luxury amenities and services throughout every detail of the building, recreating the lifestyle afforded to five-star hotel living,” said Gail Sankarsingh, Director of Sales at The Centrale. “The addition of the Giorgetti partnership completes this mission by offering our residents a truly luxurious turn-key option.”

Collaborations with designers, which began at the end of the 1980s, gave Giorgetti the chance to create functional, contemporary pieces with an unmistakable style, resulting in collections of tables and chairs, sofas and bookcases, armchairs, beds and wardrobes, kitchens and accessories designed by some of the most renowned project designers – from Carlo Colombo to Massimo Scolari, Roberto Lazzeroni to the duo Ludovica+Roberto Palomba, Adam D. Tihany to Setsu & Shinobu Ito to name but a few – which will be on display throughout The Centrale residence.

The collaboration with Giorgetti is the latest offering to build upon the already lavish lifestyle of Centrale residents. It joins a suite of seminal partnerships with famed New York City department store Saks Fifth Avenue and luxurious amenity spaces designed by internationally acclaimed Champalimaud Design, cultivated to deliver an experience swathed in comfortable opulence and a lifestyle with an eye towards elegance and ease.

Featuring architecture by Pelli Clarke Pelli, The Centrale ascends to the top of the Midtown Manhattan skyline, offering a unique vantage point of the city’s most celebrated landmarks. Exclusive Sales and Marketing handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing with immediate occupancy. One to Three bedroom residences from $1.76 to over $5M, full-floor Tower Residences from $10.250M, and The Centrale Penthouse price available upon request.
