Former Gensler large-scale workplace specialist Arjuna Balaranjan has joined architecture and design firm DXA studio as senior interior designer. Balaranjan brings experience in design development through construction administration, test-fitting, envelope systems and proposal writing to the role.
“We are excited to have Arjuna join our growing interior design team. His diverse experience will be of great value to DXA as we move forward on a wide range of new projects,” said Jordan Rogove, co-founder and partner of DXA studio.
At Gensler, Balaranjan worked with clients ranging from law firms to tech companies and hospitality businesses, including the Union Square Hospitality Group. He previously worked at Clickspring Design where he specialized in branded environments and broadcast set design, enhancing visitor’s experiences at locations such as the Jack Daniel’s distillery. Balaranjan began his career working on municipal projects with Perkins & Will and Michael Feldman Architects.
Balaranjan earned a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University majoring in fine arts with a focus on architecture and art history.
