At R4 Your Way, its first-ever hybrid annual convention, Re/Max announced a series of new tools and resources, as well as a healthcare option for its network of more than 135,000 agents.
New tools include the Snappr listing photography marketing tool, which helps agents find and hire vet photographers in just a few clicks. Snappr matches agents with talented local photographers who provide professional, edited photos within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot. Through the Snappr app, agents can upload photos to websites, listings and more.
Educational resources added to Re/Max University and announced at R4 include: FairHaven, a National Association of Realtors tool that simulates the agent experience to help agents ensure they are following Fair Housing rules and regulations; RealTeams by Workman Success Systems, which allows affiliates to register their team or group for 12 months of coaching with Verl Workman and other development courses.
The firm also announced health benefits provided by ABO (America’s Back Office), making coverage available to almost all U.S. Re/Max affiliates starting April 1. This program will be open for RE/MAX agents in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii) and applicants who complete the enrollment steps will have effective coverage the first day of the following month. Dental and vision plans will also be available.
The convention featured both a virtual and an in-person experience at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Florida. R4 Your Way hosted 6,000-plus attendees from more than 60 countries. In another first, the event was open to any industry professional.
“There’s only vision, innovation and our attitude to welcome it,” said Re/Max Chief Customer Officer Nick Bailey. “And we welcome it here at Re/Max because the future, we believe, is very, very bright. Level up!”
