New Model Residences Unveiled at Hamilton Cove in Weehawken

On the heels of its 50 percent leasing milestone, New Jersey rental community debuts new model residences highlighting effortless living experience

Hartz Mountain Industries, a private family-owned and operated company known for its real estate holdings in major East Coast markets, is unveiling two new model residences at Hamilton Cove – a luxury residential enclave in the highly sought-after Lincoln Harbor area of Weehawken. On the heels of its recent major milestone – leasing 50 percent of its 573 apartments – and the recent construction completion of its third and final building, the new model homes further showcase the property’s elegant interiors, panoramic views and high-quality finishes.

The two model residences – a studio and two-bedroom floorplan – are thoughtfully designed to elevate the building’s unique and versatile living spaces. With one in Tower B and one in Tower C, the models give prospective residents the opportunity to preview design, furnishing and layout options, while also providing a deeper sense of the overall lifestyle at Hamilton Cove. Utilizing neutral earth tones with pops of color throughout, the models complement the smartly proportioned interiors designed by award-winning global design firm CetraRuddy. Furnishings include a CB2-exclusive, Caleb Zipperer-designed curved chair; CB2 woven suede bed; Article’s Divan Collection daybed; Crate and Barrel Tig Bar Stools; and Modloft accessories.

“Given the increased interest and significant uptick in leasing traffic over the past several months, we set out to deliver a new collection of model residences that exemplify the extraordinary living spaces at Hamilton Cove,” said Gus Milano, president and COO of Hartz Mountain Industries. “Each home is designed with the utmost attention to detail, marrying luxurious, urban living with an effortless modernity. These new models are no exception.”

Comprised of three towers, Hamilton Cove was envisioned by local firm Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects. The homes feature well-designed, state-of-the-art fixtures and finishes and range in size from studios to three-bedrooms, with select homes including private outdoor space. Residents also enjoy more than 60,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor amenities including two heated pools and a jacuzzi; outdoor movie screen; a two-story fitness and wellness center; and seven resident lounges that are ideal for working from home.

Offering one of the best concessions on New Jersey’s burgeoning Gold Coast, Hamilton Cove is currently offering up to six months free rent on a 26-month lease on select homes. Net effective pricing with current incentives starts from $1,965 for studios, $2,075 for one-bedrooms, $3,305 for two-bedrooms and $5,235 for three-bedrooms.

“The model homes make it easy for individuals who see the spaces to imagine what their life could be like at Hamilton Cove,” said Jacqueline Urgo, President of The Marketing Directors. “We’re living in a time when comfort in the home has never been so vital. These models reflect the style, variation and adaptability coveted by the decisive renters in today’s marketplace.”

Hartz Mountain Industries has transformed Lincoln Harbor into an expansive destination with sprawling public green spaces and waterfront esplanades on more than 60 acres in Weehawken. The highly desirable residential community is conveniently located directly across the Hudson River from Midtown Manhattan and is steps from dining, shopping and entertainment. It is easily accessible via several modes of public transportation, including ferry service which stops directly at Hamilton Cove and is a quick six-minute ride to Manhattan’s 39th Street.

The Marketing Directors is the exclusive marketing and leasing agent on the project, and Greystar is responsible for management.
