Keller Williams NYC, a full-service real estate brokerage, part of the Keller Williams franchise, has announced it has raised over $10,000 for charity via it’s annual “Red Day” events. Red Day is Keller Williams’ annual day of service where each franchise gives back to the community through acts of service and donations. This year it was held on May 13th and took place in Bryant Park, in the KWNYC office at 99 Park Avenue and also virtually via Zoom.
Staff and agents participated in a series of challenges. Each participant picked a charity to represent, could place “bets” on participants and the winner of each challenge would get all bets for their challenge contributed to the charity of their choice. Events included: Peloton racing, pie eating, burpee contests, chess competitions and more.
The $10,000+ will benefit various charities such as: Kids for Kids NYC, Bowery Mission, Good Shepherd Services, Coalition for the Homeless, City Harvest, ASPCA and more.
“It’s so amazing to see our agents and staff coming together and contributing to the community after what was such a hard year for everyone,” states Lauren Balbuena, CEO, KWNYC. “This was also the first event in over a year where we’ve been able to see some of the agents in person, and it was all for a great cause!”
