With over 15 years of development experience, Hudson Yards’ former Senior Sales Director tapped for coveted new role.
Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group recently announced that real estate professional Yejin Berman has been promoted to Managing Director. In this new role, alongside Senior Managing Director Dan August Cordeiro, Berman will drive new portfolio additions of over 700 residences across three new development projects. The announcement was made today by Kelly Kennedy Mack, President of the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.
Berman’s career in New York City development began in 2004 and since her auspicious start, she’s left an indelible mark on each headline-grabbing project that she’s worked on – from soaring towers to boutique developments. Most recently, as Senior Sales Director for 35 Hudson Yards and 15 Hudson Yards, she was an instrumental driver in a top-performing team with over $160 million in sales to date in 2021 and was integral to the record-setting $22 million sale of Penthouse 88A. In her role as Sales Director at the Park Loggia at 15W61, she was a leading influence behind her team selling 60 residences in the first nine months. She also successfully launched a diverse group of development projects including The Greenpoint, 325 Lexington, and 56 Leonard, where she managed both sales and marketing initiatives for the groundbreaking development by Herzog & de Meuron.
Berman brings her dedicated expertise and the highest possible standards to all aspects of the design, marketing and sales process for innovative, new development projects. Her unmatched attention to detail and innovative style have made her incredibly effective in every position she has held – setting new records and embodying new ways of thinking – all focused around the discerning needs of her clients. A frequent recipient of Corcoran Sunshine’s annual awards, Berman was named to the Billion Dollar Club in 2020, and was instrumental in her team being recognized as Sales Team of the Year in 2019 and again for Deal of the Year in 2018, among other notable distinctions dating back as far as 2008.
“I am thrilled to promote Yejin to Managing Director,” says Mack. “It is rare for Corcoran Sunshine to create new positions within our intimate team structure, but she is one of the most dedicated development professionals that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I look forward to watching Yejin achieve even greater success for our clients in this new role.”
