Popular milennial makeup brand Glossier has unveiled an new line of products, Glossier Play. The collection features more colorful products than they’re typically used to. Products include a Colorslide gel-pencil eyeliner, Niteshine highlighter, Glitter Gel eyeshow and Vinylic Lip lacquer, all of which come in an array of colors.
The new line is speculated as an attempt to appeal to a more diverse client-base, as Glossier typically caters to those with already near-perfect skin.
In an announcement from the company, they said “In many ways, Glossier Play has been part of Glossier since the beginning. We launched in 2014 with four products and a mission to democratize beauty and bring a sense of freedom to how you look, act and feel…Now, with Glossier Play, we’re applying our core values to the world of color.”
According to the release, “this is only the beginning for Glossier Play.”
