Michael Holloway has joined the Pizzarotti, LLC team as chief operating officer in their New York City office. Michael is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of industry experience overseeing projects within the real estate and construction sectors.
Michael has been integrally involved with numerous high-end projects throughout his career including leading high-rise construction management firm operations and projects building over $3.5 billion in real estate, as well as being the officer in charge to manage showcase high-rise projects for Chase Bank, ABC, Trump, Bodsky, Tishman, and numerous others.
Before joining Pizzarotti, Michaels pent nearly 20 years at Lehrer McGovern, Bovis, LendLease and then went on to become the Director of Construction at several notable companies within the industry includingGotham Construction, Alexico Group Development, Plaza Construction, Madison Equities and Leeding Builders Group. Over the course of his career, Michael has gained diverse project management knowledge covering high-rise residential, commercial and institutional markets as well as residential condominium,and rentals, commercial space, and corporate headquarters.
