JW Player, a video software and data insights platform, will take 12,044 square feet at 530 Seventh Ave. in the Garment District. JW Player pioneered online video capabilities, as creators of the world’s first open-source video player in 2008, and has since expanded to video hosting, streaming, advertising and analytics.
A Lee & Associates New York City team of Alan Friedman and Woody King represented JW Player. A CBRE team of Paul Amrich, Neil King, Alexander Golod and Maxwell Tarter represented the landlord, Savitt Partners, alongside an internal team of Brian Neugeboren, Nicole Goetz and Bob Savitt.
