Planet Fitness has signed a lease for 14,520 square feet of retail space at the base of Tower 3 at Sky Three Residences, located at 532 Neptune Avenue in Brooklyn.
Planet Fitness will join Sky Three’s growing ground-floor retail lineup, which includes CVS Pharmacy, NetCost Market, Starbucks, Flower Heaven NYC, Sky Mocha and Kings Barbershop.
Located along the Neptune Avenue corridor, the new gym will complement the neighborhood’s growing mix of retail uses and is expected to open in early 2027. CBRE represented Planet Fitness in the transaction, while Commercial Acquisitions represented the landlord.
