Bravo Builders announced Jason O’Keefe has joined their team as Chief Estimator. In this role, he will oversee the estimating department and manage budgets for all projects throughout each stage of the design and construction process.
With nearly two decades of construction management experience in various market sectors including hospitality, residential, corporate, government, interiors and pharmaceutical construction, Mr. O’Keefe is a skilled estimator and procurement manager. Some of his recent projects include 99 Hudson in Jersey City, 45 East 22nd Street Condominium and the UAE Mission to the United Nations. Mr. O’Keefe has managed projects upwards of $180 million, involving multi-phase renovations and complex construction.
Mr. O’Keefe received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies from the University of New York College at Cortland.
