E-J Electric Installation Co. (E-J Electric) shareD its completed project with Neuberger Berman, an investment management firm. The E-J Electric team provided electrical renovations to their new office at 1290 Avenue of the Americas in New York City.
Under this contract, E-J Electric prepared the new office location with all necessary electrical work throughout the 16-floor building. The project consisted of the installation of a critical power distribution and telecom riser conduit system.
This corporate renovation project is different than any project E-J Electric has completed in the past because of the use of MI Cables. Typically used in the risers, the E-J Electric team used the MI Cables in the lateral runs to the UPS and panels within tenant spaces posing some challenges. The team had to carefully work through the tenant spaces while coordinating above-ceiling work with other trades to ensure that all safety precautions were successfully met. By combining their unique engineering and field supervision excellence with unparalleled project management and administrative support, E-J Electric efficiently completed the electrical infrastructure installation and renovation.
