Lubn is one of just 32 startups out of over 100 entries selected by Taiwan Tech Star to showcase their property management innovation at CES. Lubn recently secured a strategic partnership with a tier-one global manufacturer (a principle supplier of SpaceX satellite components) to bring their prototype to production before the end of this year.

In September 2016 the Lubn IoT property and access platform was revealed at the TechCrunch Disrupt conference, where the product received rave reviews from over 300 attendees. Designed to Make Life Simple
Lubn is an ideal solution for property hosts (e.g. Airbnb), property management (real estate or rental agents), store owners (retail/restaurants), or individuals looking to manage access for contractors.
The platform is designed with ease of use in mind. Even its installation is built for convenience, with no complicated hardware installation. Lubn fits on almost all door locks, and does not require an app installation to operate. Owners need only dial the number shown on LubnBox, and the three-layer secure system will grant access to the property.
Additionally, LubnBox is connected through a LTE/3G network, so there’s never the need to worry if Wi-Fi is available. In this way the system is designed for flexibility, allowing the owner to manage
multiple LubnBoxes from anywhere at anytime. This saves money and time, while allowing owners to have more flexibility in how they provide access to their properties. It’s also transferable, meaning it can be taken off by hosts and used on any other location where needed. This is a huge benefit for users who have multiple locations that need to be intelligently managed.
LubnBox allows a manager to know exactly when a guest checks in or checks out. Lubn Cloud System will notify the host when guests have checked out late, or when the service provider does not adhere to their contracted schedule. Lubn is also proactive, enabling “if/then” scenarios. For example, Lubn Cloud System can automatically message your pre-determined service provider to service the property once your guest has checked out. No other smart locks today can achieve this.
Lubn Cloud System can help analyze the property’s performance, such as the vacancy rate, service provider’s performance, etc., allowing the owner to make an informed decision on how to maximize the opportunities at hand.
