Cauldwell Wingate is pleased to announce the recent hiring of 15-year industry veteran, Greg Szekalski as Senior Project Manager. Prior to joining Cauldwell Wingate, Szekalski previously served as a Project Manager with JDS Development, where he provided oversight on all phases of construction and was responsible for design, pre-construction and construction completion.
Experienced in Project Management and Completion
Szekalski has worked on numerous noteworthy projects as Project Manager including 111 West 57th Street, 514 West 24th Street, 613 Baltic Street, 340 Flatbush Avenue Exterior, Far Rockaway Townhouses, Miami River and more. Most recently, Szekalski managed the development of a $25 million, 120,000 SF beachside neighborhood in Far Rockaway Queens, which consisted of 30 two-family homes adjacent to the Atlantic Beach and Five Towns community.
As Senior Project Manager at Cauldwell Wingate, Szekalski will be tasked with coordinating and expediting all construction activities including preconstruction, design, material procurement and scheduling of projects through completion. He will also be responsible for conducting project evaluations to assess the project’s status and progression.

Szekalski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and has completed multiple certifications and licenses including the OSHA 30-Hour Site Training and NYC DOB 4-Hour Supported Scaffolding. His education has been integral in understanding his ability to oversee diverse projects.
