Lasberg Construction Associates has hired Marie Estelle La’Boy as Estimator, a position she has held at other construction companies for the past five years.
Ms. La’Boy has worked in the construction industry for much of her life. After graduating high school, Ms. La’Boy worked as a drafter and with her family’s drywall finishing company. She then attended Monroe Community College in Rochester and the University of Rochester, from which she received a degree in electrical engineering, before working with several electrical contractors for approximately ten years.
In her career, Ms. La’Boy has been involved in estimating construction at a great variety of structures, including residential (both ground-up and renovations), hotel renovations, retail fitouts, gas stations and a host of specialty projects.
She lives in Peekskill, N.Y.
Founded in 1932, Lasberg Construction Associates, Inc. is a general construction/ construction management firm that has built schools, hospitals, country clubs, multifamily apartment buildings, retail, restaurants and industrial projects throughout the New York tri-state area.
